Downloading a 700Mb to 1Gb of iso image will take hours or maybe days here in Malaysia. Personally I have a downloading rate of 800 ~ 900Kbps, and it will take me roughly 2 to 3 days to complete it. Sometimes i have to start all over again.
At www.ubuntu.com the provide FREE CD for ubuntu installer, be it for server or desktop usage. I myself have applied and currently waiting for it to arrive my house, which i think its batter this way.
